Heritage Department The UB heritage department is responsible for: 1. Take inventory of the Land and Houses of the University of Burundi 2. Appraise and valorize the movable assets, buildings and land of the University to establish an opening balance sheet of the University of Burundi 3. Search for the titles of the Land and buildings from the competent services 4. Manage IT equipment and laboratory equipment 5. Proceed with their replacement and depreciation 6. Establish a multi-year plan for the acquisition of IT equipment and laboratory equipment. 7. Promote the various works held by libraries and plan the acquisition of new educational works, books and periodicals in collaboration with the Research and Innovation Department. 8. Do any other work at the request of hierarchical authority.
