Social listening and academic guidance service The UB social listening and academic orientation service is responsible for: 1. Contribute to the reception and information of the student, 2. Offer a guidance service to listen to students, especially new ones, guide them and advise them in all areas of university life, 3. Give appropriate advice to students in difficulty, 4. Provide students with information enabling them to make optimal use of the services offered at the University, their rights and their duties, 5. Ensure regular monitoring of social cases (disabled, chronically ill, economically and socially vulnerable students), 6. Help students develop their capacity for autonomy, communication, expression and learning for their success.
