Professor Innocent NTWARI is a teacher-researcher at the University of Burundi, holding the rank of Associate Professor, affiliated with the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (FPSE). He holds a doctorate in Educational Sciences (Université Lyon 2, France) and is a trained pedagogue.
He is Dean Emeritus of the FPSE and an international expert in Digital University Pedagogy, working as a trainer notably at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) and the University of Lubumbashi (DRC). He has recognized expertise in training program evaluation, training engineering, training needs analysis, and the alignment between training and employment in higher education. His research, conference presentations, and publications focus primarily on curricular reforms, initial and continuing teacher training, classroom practices and teachers' professional representations, as well as digital technology in education.
Professor Innocent NTWARI supervises doctoral research, is a member of the National Commission for Higher Education (CNES) and chairs its pedagogical sub-commission.
